Hello there lovely ear readers. Here are the ears for today!

In the car on the way to work:
The Streets - Everything is Borrowed

During my walk, on phone:
Ligeti - Piano Concerto
Ligeti - Unacc. Choral works: Ejszaka, Reggel, Idegen foldon, Magany, Ket kanon, Matraszentimrei dalok, Papaine.

In the car on the way home from work:
Elbow - Seldom Seen Kid

At Home:
Lutoslawski - Symphonic Variations, Overture for Strings, Concerto for Orchestra, Funeral Music, Jeux venetiens, Paganini Variations (and a few more - Naxos Best of Lutoslawski CD).

Also:
Rugosa Nevada - from their myspace page.

This evening:
Sibelius - Symphony Number 2.

Planned for the bath in a short while:
Bach - St Matthew Passion (finished St John last night).

Comments:
Very jolly memories of performing Ligeti Papaine at college choir. Great fun.
Very significant memories of performing Lutoslawski funeral music in an orchestra when I was quite young - had never heard anything like it - was amazed!
I'm liking Elbow more and more.
