Grrr. Something has made me very frustrated & cross just now, which is no state in which to type up today's ears, but maybe the ears will calm me down.

Mozart - Piano Concertos (still going, and continuing until sleep time I expect).
Listen to Mozart, keep calm, do not allow myself to be frazzled.

Some of those Mozart piano concertos are high energy - I don't know how calm I'd be. I'd probably be prancing round the room. I'd dance, but I can't :-)
